Driver seat stuck

Hi Guys,
I have a inifiniti Qx4 2001 model with 110k. Recently, I pushed my driver power seat back and it got stuck in that position.

I have read online that if I remove the seat and shake it, any loose change that might be problem will come out. If so, do any one have instructions on how to remove the driver seat? Would I have to reset the electic connection in the system after that?


If the problem is motor, then where can i buy the motor and what instructions do I have to follow to replace the motor?

If that is the case, you may check this seats and sport seats and see if something fits your need. Removing that one is really a problem but you can fixed it. The motor won't become a problem it's only the seat.
