Dead G20 Starter?
Hi guys. Recently I had a problem. My car will sometimes start, and will sometimes not.
I can turn on my car and drive it around. But then when I try to start it again it wont -- the engine doesn't engage or anything. However if I wait a while, the car will start again. I suspect it may be a starter problem? I have a few quesitons about this: 1. Does anyone know how much it should cost to replace the starter? 2. Do you think its better if I buy a new starter online, then ask the mechanic to put it in? 3. Can I just go to Best Buy or something and buy a remote car starting kit instead of even trying to replace my starter? Does it share wiring with the original starter? Thanks for any help the community can provide.. i really need it (the help that is)! |
